Payment Policy

Naila Hussain accept payments through PayPal and CashApp. Other payment providers may be accepted at Naila’s discretion.

Pricing for orders will be determined based on factors such as size, composition, and estimated completion time. A personalized quote will be provided to the you.

Orders valued at over £100, are eligible for a two-part payment plan:

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required before work can begin, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the work.

 

The artwork will not be shipped to the client until some payment has been received, whether it is the 50% deposit or the full value of the order.

 

If the payment is not successfully processed or declined, you will be notified, and the order will not be processed until a successful payment is made.

 

You are responsible for any additional taxes or customs duties that may be incurred for international shipments.

 

In the event that a refund is approved following a claim for a lost or damaged package, Naila will process the refund within 14 days of approval. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon by Naila.
