Naila Hussain strives to provide fast and efficient shipping/delivery for all orders. Please read the following policy to understand how shipping/delivery works
Processing Time
After payment is made, orders will take anything between a few days to a few weeks to create. You will be provided with a specific time estimate when you have placed your order.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been created, it will be shipped the next working day. Delivery time varies depending on your location however, once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays (this includes bank holidays in England & Wales).
Naila aims to ship all orders with an express and (if possible) next day delivery service. Hence, all orders usually reach their destination within 1-5 days. Delivery time may be longer if you are based outside the UK.
Please note that while Naila strives to ensure that your order is delivered within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, please email contact@nailacreates.com to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Delivery Companies
Naila works with a variety of delivery companies to ensure your order is delivered to you in a timely and secure manner. Well-known and reputable companies such as FedEx, DPD, and Royal Mail are used for domestic and international deliveries.
International Delivery
For international shipping/delivery, please note that additional customs charges, taxes, and fees may apply. Naila is not responsible for any additional charges that may be incurred during shipping/delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged, please email contact@nailacreates.com to file a claim. You must ensure that you include pictures of the damage and ensure that you send this information within 5 working days of delivery.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Naila is not responsible for any delays or additional shipping/delivery costs incurred due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
